Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Short version: Peptra is a private record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, does not tell you what to take or how much, and does not sell or supply anything. Use it alongside a qualified clinician, not instead of one.

Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Peptra ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who may use Peptra

Peptra is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed at children and must not be used by anyone under 18.

What Peptra is — and is not

Not medical advice

Nothing in Peptra is medical advice. Always talk to a qualified clinician about what is appropriate for you. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take.

Your responsibility for accuracy

Peptra's outputs are only as accurate as the information you enter. You are responsible for verifying any figure — including any calculated volume, concentration, or unit count — against your clinician's guidance and the product's labeling before relying on it. Do not use Peptra as your only check on anything that affects your health.

Your data

Peptra stores what you log locally on your device. It has no account and no server for your health data. How Peptra handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own backups: deleting the app deletes its local data, and we cannot recover it for you.

Purchases and subscriptions

Peptra offers optional paid features ("Premium") through the Apple App Store. If you buy a subscription:

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Do not use Peptra unlawfully, do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app, and do not use it to provide medical advice to anyone else.

No warranty

Peptra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reference information in it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or any figure it displays. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
